Infanticide of her female bastard child by strangulation. Prisoner had been 'with child by her reputed father', John Lloyd, with whom she lay whilst her mother slept in the workshop. Two bodies excavated in their garden the following November, both children of prisoner and John Lloyd. Recognizance refers to two murders committed by prisoner and John Lloyd. He was 'deprived of speech by a stroke of the palsy' but John Lloyd not indicted. more
