Manslaughter of William Parry, Llanllechid. Deceased, 'rather quarrelsome', was intoxicated after visiting Llanllechid fair and in the company of the prisoner at an inn. Prisoner requested to repay a debt rather than pay fiddlers at which deceased 'got into a violent passion and struck him'. In a fight which ensued, deceased suffered fractured ribs. Indicted separately from his co-accused as in no. 32 in this file. more
