Theft of a sheep belonging to the prosecutor. Examination indicates that the prisoner had been authorised by Robert Evans to take one of his wethers. However, the prisoner mistakenly took an ewe belonging to the prosecutor. The ewe was slaughtered before the mistake was discovered. Prisoner offered to pay for the ewe when he could and took the wool he had in his possession to the prosecutor. more
