Murder of William Williams, Abergele, blacksmith, by thrusting a sword into his body. Indicted twice for the fact, the other - no. 48 in this file - for manslaughter. Incident occured when deceased left church where he had been teaching children after evening service as was his practice. Prosecutor accused deceased of breaking into churches and asked him why he had been whipped and wished him out of the parish. Prosecutor also owed prisoner money. more
