Prisoner cohabited with the prosecutor's eldest daughter and was the father of her three children; he also begot his sister-in-law, prosecutor's youngest daughter with child. Prosecutor subsequently settled his real estate on his nephews, John and William Jones, reserving annuities to the prosecutor's wife and daughters. Affidavit records that Mary, the eldest daughter was involved in the attack on her father. more
