Manslaughter of Robert Williams, prosecutor's husband. Deceased had arrived intoxicated at the Mount Pleasant Inn, Llanwnda, and declared that 'he did not care for the King's sons'. Apparently the prisoner's father was nicknamed 'the King'. A fight ensued between prisoner and deceased, instigated by the deceased. Examinations also indicate that the prisoner was 'considered a kind and good natured man' and 'bore no malice towards the deceased'. more
