Another son, Thomas Lewis, turned King's evidence (see 4/388/8). Corpse thrown into pool; retrieved later. Prisoner and son 'drew the Corpse to Land...put corpse into a large Bag and brought it on a Horse to [son's] House and these burnt it'. 'Part of the Bones...were put...into a Sack' by prisoner, and two sons, burned and scattered in garden. Prisoner had promised sheep to his sons for carrying out the murder.
