Sending a threatening letter. Threatened to kill prosecutor, to burn his hay if prosecutor appointed a new check clerk in the colliery, and to breed a riot in the works. Witnesses alleged that prisoner had been cheating the charter masters as a check clerk in the colliery and that he was suspected of having previously sent a threatening letter to Lord and Lady Dungannon. Copy letter included in the indictment. more
