Previously sentenced to 7 years tranportation, escaped from the hulk at Portsmouth twice, recaptured once. Possibly tried at Winchester and Newport, co. Glos. Travelled and worked for short spells in cos Mon. and Brec. Indicted and acquitted in co. Mon for stealing bacon, also committed another theft at Usk. According to calendar arrested on suspicion of breaking and entering a shop. more
