Plundering the shipwreck of The Catering/Catarina, a Venetian vessel?1, and stealing cotton therefrom. Four men, John Webb, Thomas John, William Harry and Evan Thomas, brought to trial at Hereford assizes in August 1782 and convicted. John Webb reprieved but hanged at Hereford in Sept. 17821. more
