Riot and aiding and abetting the dismantling of a dwelling house belonging to the prosecutor. Indictment missing. His son, John Jones, Catherine Jones and William Williams bound over to be tried but not apparently prosecuted, - his son seems to have escaped. Riot arose because of prosecutor's refusal to allow people to dig turf on the commons - see David Williams, 'Rhyfel y Sais Bach' An Enclosure Riot on Mynydd Bach', Ceredigion, II(1952-55), pp39-52.
